POLICY
We want every rental to be a great experience. If something goes wrong, here's exactly what you can expect from us.
Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or not functioning as described at the time of delivery.
Returns due to wrong product selection by the customer are not accepted as a standard policy. In exceptional cases, discretionary approval may be given, subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee.
π‘ Tip: Always inspect your device at the time of delivery. If you notice any damage or defect, report it to our team immediately before signing off.
If a product is found faulty or damaged, customers will receive a replacement unit at no extra charge.
If the customer chooses a refund instead of replacement, a 15% restocking fee will apply to cover handling and logistics costs.
Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your address in most cases. Where reverse pickup is not available due to operational limitations, customers may be asked to ship the product back.
Return shipping charges will be reimbursed as Gadgetry store credit, provided prior confirmation of shipping charges is obtained from our team before dispatch.

Customers can contact the respective service center directly or email info@gadgetry.rent for warranty-related support.
All devices rented from Gadgetry come with our free maintenance cover for non-accidental hardware faults. We repair or replace at no cost.
Refunds for online payments will be credited to the same payment method used for the order.
Refunds for bank transfer or COD orders will be processed only to the customer's registered bank account.
Refunds typically take 7β10 working days to reflect in the account after approval.

Orders are shipped only via reputed domestic courier services and/or speed post.
Dispatch is typically within 15 working days or as per the date confirmed at the time of order.
Gadgetry is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or postal authorities, but guarantees to hand over the consignment within the committed timeline.
