When devices are rented and returned, they're refurbished, tested, and re-deployed. One laptop might serve 5 renters over 6 years instead of being discarded after 2.
When a device truly reaches end-of-life, we partner with certified e-waste recyclers. Nothing goes to landfill if we can help it.
Renting reduces the pressure to buy — and buy again. Fewer impulse purchases, less packaging waste, less demand for new manufacturing.
WHAT WE'RE DOING ABOUT IT
Every returned device goes through a 27-point quality check — hardware diagnostics, screen tests, battery calibration, data wipe, and deep cleaning before it reaches the next renter.
End-of-life devices are sent exclusively to MoEFCC-certified recycling partners. We track every unit to ensure proper disposal — no backdoor dumping.
Our delivery packaging is reusable. We pick up the same packaging when you return — reducing single-use plastic with every rental cycle.
We're working toward route-optimised delivery to reduce per-delivery emissions, with an EV delivery pilot launching in Bengaluru in 2026.
